Job Description

This challenging position offers a wide insight in both Food & Beverage and Front Office Depts. The Trainee will be in charge of day to day operations of 5 F&B outlets as well as training of all staff. Sales analysis, customer contact and planning of promotion will make a big part of your daily activities. After an intraing of 6 months as Asst. F&B Manager you will train as Front Office Guest Relations Officer taking care of mainly the European clientele.

Candidate Profile

Candidate should have basic knowledge of F&B and Front Office. Fluency in German, French and English is an absolute must. Any further language skills would be desired.
